Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our in-house fishing tackle products to dealers, retailers, and end-users.
- Travel across Malaysia to visit clients, attend fishing events, and explore new business opportunities (up to 80% travel).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fishing tackle retailers and influencers in the angling community.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical support or guidance on product usage.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports for management.
- Attend in-office reporting and team meetings 2 days per month.
Requirements:
- Requirements
- Strong interest in fishing, preferably with hands-on experience in angling or tackle usage.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outdoor sports, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
- Willing to travel extensively and independently across Malaysia, including rural and coastal areas.
- Own vehicle required (monthly travel reimbursement will be provided).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Chinese is a plus).
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
